There is a need to further improve the packaging and application devices and in particular to benefit from a device which is simple in its construction and which makes it possible to obtain new treatment or make-up effects. According to one of its aspects, the subject of the invention is therefore an applicator member for applying a cosmetic product to human keratin materials, comprising an applicator head having two opposite faces, the applicator head comprising a first part having at least one housing, and a second part connected by a hinge to the first part and engaged at least partially in the housing of the first part, the first and second parts being both accessible on each of said parts. faces of the applicator head.
